The real bird
The Rose-ringed Parakeet comes from Africa and South Asia. Escaped pets founded wild populations in Israel, where it is now a noisy, invasive resident that raids fruit crops and nests in tree holes.
The calls you hear in the game are real recordings from xeno-canto.org, credited in the game's sound credits.
